Photograph from At Altitude exhibition by David Sepa, capturing life in the Peruvian Andes

At Altitude

At Altitude is a photography exhibition by David Sepa, presented in New York City at Tambaran 2 Gallery, exploring life in the Peruvian Andes through documentary and cinematic imagery.

Set in the Peruvian Andes, where light, land, and human connection meet. Through photography and moving image, At Altitude by David Sepa captures moments of resilience, belonging, and the enduring spirit of communities deeply rooted in their environment.

The artist, David Sepa, harnesses the power of storytelling, transforming the ordinary into compelling narratives, where every scene is layered with meaning and emotion.

"In the Andes, I find myself again and again, shaped by the vastness of the land, the resilience of its people, and the humility of those who serve them. With each return, my work evolves, seeking not just to capture what is seen, but to create something that can be felt."

All proceeds from print sales support Soul of the Peruvian Andes (SoPA), a nonprofit dedicated to providing healthcare, education, and nutrition to Andean communities in Peru. Since 2009, SoPA has led annual medical missions with volunteer doctors and dental professionals, delivering care where it’s needed most.

The exhibition is presented in New York City at Tambaran 2 Gallery, a dynamic art space that specializes in showcasing exciting contemporary artists.

This photography exhibition features portraiture, landscapes, and documentary photography from the Peruvian Andes.
